    <p>Исследование направлено на преодоление разрыва между статичной природой традиционного сетевого планирования (CPM, PERT) и динамическими возможностями цифровых технологий в управлении логистическими проектами применительно к российским условиям. В работе использован метод множественного и тематического анализа кейсов международных компаний, описывающих интеграцию цифровых технологий в управление логистическими проектами. На основе кросс-кейс синтеза зарубежных передовых практик и учета инфраструктурных, регуляторных и технологических особенностей сетевого планирования для управления логистическими проектами в российских условиях разработана концептуальная модель. Исследование закладывает концептуальную основу для расширения подхода сетевого планирования в управлении логистическими проектами на основе цифровых технологий с учетом отраслевой специфики.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The study aims to bridge the gap between the static nature of traditional network planning (CPM, PERT) and the dynamic capabilities of digital technologies in logistics project management as applied to Russian conditions. The article uses the method of multiple and thematic analysis of cases of international companies describing the integration of digital technologies into the management of logistics projects. Based on a cross-case synthesis of international best practices and consideration of the infrastructural, regulatory, and technological features of network planning for managing logistics projects in Russian conditions, a conceptual model has been developed. The study provides a conceptual basis for expanding the network planning approach to managing digitally enabled logistics projects, taking into account industry specifics.</p>
