    <p>В условиях стремительной цифровизации, автоматизации труда и постоянного обновления профессиональных требований модель «образование — работа» уступает место парадигме lifelong learning — непрерывного обучения на протяжении всей жизни. В статье обосновывается, что именно способность к постоянному обновлению знаний, навыков и компетенций становится ключевым элементом современного человеческого капитала. Анализируются структурные, технологические и культурные предпосылки формирования экосистемы lifelong learning: от микроквалификаций и цифровых образовательных платформ до корпоративных программ и государственных механизмов поддержки (образовательные ваучеры, индивидуальные счета). Особое внимание уделяется барьерам — возрастной дискриминации, цифровому неравенству, недостатку мотивации и отсутствию институциональной поддержки для взрослых обучающихся. Подчёркивается, что устойчивый рост человеческого капитала в XXI веке невозможен без создания гибкой, инклюзивной и ориентированной на человека системы непрерывного образования, способной сопровождать каждого гражданина на всех этапах его профессиональной и личной траектории.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>In the context of rapid digitalization, labor automation, and constant updates to professional requirements, the &quot;education-work&quot; model is giving way to the lifelong learning paradigm. This article argues that the ability to continuously update knowledge, skills, and competencies is becoming a key element of modern human capital. It analyzes the structural, technological, and cultural factors that are driving the development of the lifelong learning ecosystem, from micro-credentials and digital educational platforms to corporate programs and government support mechanisms (such as educational vouchers and individual accounts). Special attention is paid to barriers such as age discrimination, digital inequality, lack of motivation, and lack of institutional support for adult learners. It is emphasized that sustainable growth of human capital in the 21st century is impossible without creating a flexible, inclusive, and a human-centered system of continuous education that can accompany every citizen at every stage of their professional and personal trajectory.</p>
