    <p>Статья посвящена исследованию практик адаптации гибких методологий Agile в корпоративных структурах IT-компаний и анализу их влияния на эффективность управления. Рассматриваются теоретические основы Agile, ключевые ценности и принципы, определяющие гибкость проектных команд, а также особенности применения наиболее распространённых методологий, включая Scrum, Kanban и SAFe. Особое внимание уделяется проблемам масштабирования Agile в условиях сложной иерархии, регламентированности процессов и устойчивых культурных установок. Анализируются барьеры адаптации, связанные с сопротивлением изменениям, трансформацией ролей, необходимостью обучения персонала и перестройки коммуникационных моделей. Приводятся примеры успешного внедрения Agile в международных корпорациях, демонстрирующие влияние гибких подходов на скорость разработки, взаимодействие команд и удовлетворённость клиентов. На основе обобщения кейсов выделяются ключевые факторы успешной интеграции и формулируются практические рекомендации. Сделан вывод о высокой перспективности Agile для повышения эффективности, инновационной активности и конкурентоспособности IT-компаний.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article is devoted to the study of the practices of adaptation of Agile Agile methodologies in corporate structures of IT companies and the analysis of their impact on management effectiveness. The article examines the theoretical foundations of Agile, the key values and principles that determine the flexibility of project teams, as well as the application features of the most common methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. Particular attention is paid to the problems of Agile scaling in conditions of a complex hierarchy, regulated processes and stable cultural attitudes. The barriers of adaptation associated with resistance to change, transformation of roles, the need for staff training and restructuring communication models are analyzed. Examples of successful Agile implementation in international corporations are given, demonstrating the impact of agile approaches on development speed, team interaction, and customer satisfaction. Based on the generalization of cases, the key factors of successful integration are identified and practical recommendations are formulated. The conclusion is made about the high prospects of Agile for increasing the efficiency, innovation activity and competitiveness of IT companies.</p>
