Тренды развития технологий, изменения сырьевых рынков, глобальной политической и экономической ситуации требуют пересмотра подходов к трансграничному инновационному сотрудничеству. Предложено ввести в научный обиход концепт трансграничной инновационной системы 5.0. Для формирования трансграничных инновационных систем 5.0, либо для перехода к логике ТИС 5.0 разработано универсальное научно-методическое обеспечение, включающее: индикаторы готовности к формированию ТИС 5.0 либо к переходу существующей ТИС к логике функционирования в формате ТИС 5.0, комплексное представление о преимуществах развития трансграничных инновационных систем 5.0, способах их стимулирования, вызовов с которыми они сталкиваются и инструментов для развития их субъектов, функционал изменения в ТИС для достижения устойчивого развития 5.0 и повышения конкурентоспособности трансграничных регионов, управленческие подходы для перехода к трансграничной инновационной системе 5.0 ТИСами предыдущего уклада, минимально необходимый набор инструментов и подходов, необходимых для успешного перехода к ТИС 5.0, либо для её формирования.

Trends in technology development, changes in commodity markets, and the global political and economic situation necessitate a reevaluation of approaches to transboundary innovation cooperation. It is proposed to introduce the concept of the Transboundary Innovation System 5.0 into the scientific discourse. To facilitate the formation of Transboundary Innovation Systems 5.0 (CIS 5.0) or to transition existing systems to the CIS 5.0 logic, a universal scientific and methodological framework has been developed. This framework includes: indicators of readiness for the formation of CIS 5.0 or the transition of existing CIS to the logic of functioning within the CIS 5.0 format; a comprehensive understanding of the advantages of developing CIS 5.0, methods of incentivizing them, challenges they face, and tools for the development of their subjects; functional modifications within CIS aimed at achieving sustainable development under the 5.0 paradigm and enhancing the competitiveness of transboundary regions; managerial approaches to enable CIS from previous paradigms to transition to CIS 5.0; a minimally necessary set of tools and approaches required for the successful transition to, or formation of, CIS 5.0.
