Modern approaches to surveying to clarify the boundaries of linear objects using the example of a heating network in the Moscow region

Abstract (English):
The article discusses the problem of high labor intensity and cost of cadastral works in surveying extended linear objects. Using the example of a project to clarify the boundaries of a 10.4 km long thermal network in the Moscow region, a comprehensive methodology combining total station surveying, GNSS geodesy, tracerouting and UAV surveying is presented. A detailed calculation of the cost of work according to the proposed methodology and the traditional total station method has been carried out. It is shown that the integration of modern technologies, in particular UAVs, makes it possible to reduce the total cost of work by 34% (186,000 rubles) by reducing the time of the field stage and labor costs for desk processing. The economic feasibility and competitive advantages of implementing this methodology for cadastral engineers are substantiated.
