. In today's economic climate, ensuring personnel competitiveness and effective social and labor relations is a significant and pressing issue. HR policy is a crucial component of an organization's overall strategy and its primary competitive advantage. This is because the effective operation of an enterprise in a competitive market depends not only on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of its employees but also on the effectiveness of its management methods and mechanisms. In this paper, the authors examine the current state of organizational HR policy development. Based on the analysis, key areas for improving the organization's HR policy are proposed.
