The article considers the theoretical aspect of the organization of strategic logistics management, as well as the experience of the most representative domestic and foreign companies in this field; a general scheme of effective strategic logistics management is drawn up, with an explanation of its components. The relevance of the research is that in conditions of increased uncertainty in the external environment, which is also accelerating over the years, the strategic vision of the company's management plays a key role both in its activities and in the business situation. The combination of strategic logistics approaches generates a synergistic effect that gives the company real competitive advantages over direct and indirect competitors, increasing its financial stability in the market and the basis for clearer planning of its business activities. Research methods: – inductive and deductive methods, logical and historical method, graphical and analytical method, methods of document analysis.
