Abstract (English):
The article discusses current aspects of the organization of cadastral registration of land plots in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Yugra, analyzes current trends in the development of this area in the context of active territorial development and digitalization. Special attention is paid to the introduction of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and the transition to the provision of services in electronic format. Based on the analysis, key development issues specific to the region have been identified: issues related to the registration of land rights in areas of traditional environmental management and the correction of cadastral errors. In conclusion, the authors propose solutions to these problems aimed at improving the efficiency of land management processes and ensuring sustainable development.
