The article analyzes modern approaches to business process automation and their effectiveness. Intelligent automation of business processes using agentic AI, LLM and LCNC is considered as a key factor in the competitiveness of modern AI companies. The fundamental challenges faced by the implementation of IPA are highlighted: data quality (availability of clean and structured training sets), regulatory and security issues, as well as the need for a culture of trust in AI. Real-life cases are considered, which lead to an increase in the accuracy of operations and a significant release of employees from routine tasks, which in combination gives a multiplicative economic effect.
