This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the planning system in PJSC Rosseti Severny Kavkaz, a key electric grid company in the North Caucasus region. It examines the multi-level planning architecture integrated into the corporate management structure of the Rosseti holding and combining strategic, investment, and operational contours. The article notes a positive trend in the accuracy of investment planning and the implementation of programs to reduce electricity losses. The paper identifies areas for improving the system, such as deepening digitalization and increasing flexibility in a region with socio-economic diversity. The paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of the planning system as a critical factor in a company's sustainable development in a complex external environment. Strengthening the methodological framework, improving analytical tools, and deepening cooperation between management levels create a foundation for further increasing the company's sustainability and strengthening its competitive position in the energy sector.
