This article examines the key threats to information security, the legal aspects of processing and storing employee data, as well as the ethical dilemmas that arise during the digitalization of HR processes and the introduction of analytical and automated solutions. Practical recommendations are offered on ensuring the confidentiality of information about employees, reducing external and internal risks, and building transparent rules for using digital employee profiles to maintain a balance between management efficiency, industrial safety, and employee rights.
