The relevance of the study is due to the dramatic transformation of global logistics chains under the influence of sanctions pressure, geopolitical instability and technological challenges after 2022. Under these conditions, logistics has ceased to be an auxiliary function and has become a key factor in ensuring economic security and sustainability of the national economy. The aim of the study is to identify new development trajectories of the Russian logistics system based on the integration of digital technologies, military logistics principles and adaptive supply chain management in the face of external constraints. The research uses methods of system analysis, comparative analysis, mathematical modeling of logistics processes, as well as forecasting methods based on data from open sources and analytical reports for 2021-2025. The scientific novelty lies in a comprehensive interpretation of the principles of military logistics in the civilian sector, the development of an updated concept of digital logistics focused on sustainability and security, as well as a quantitative assessment of the effectiveness of the introduction of digital technologies in Russian logistics chains. The results of the study include the identified trends in the localization of logistics routes, the growing share of domestic supply chain management platforms, as well as the proven link between the level of digitalization of logistics and the sustainability of the regional economy. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the future of Russian logistics is determined not so much by the volume of transportation, but rather by flexibility, speed of adaptation, and the level of data integration into a single digital ecosystem that ensures strategic autonomy in the face of external shocks.
