Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article discusses the mechanisms of economic stimulation of volunteer activity as one of the key tools for the development of civil society and social responsibility in the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the legal, tax and social measures to support volunteerism applied at the federal and regional levels. Statistical data on the scale of the volunteer movement, the demographic composition of participants and the dynamics of engagement are provided. The features of the development of the volunteer movement in the two countries, the prerequisites, opportunities and resources for further development are identified. Based on the analysis of regulatory acts and research by government and public organizations, the necessity of expanding and systematizing economic incentives to ensure sustainable growth of volunteer activity is substantiated. Attention is focused on the need to develop a systematic public policy in the field of volunteerism, including economic incentives, to strengthen civil society and sustainable development. Recommendations for improving government policy in this area are formulated. It is concluded that only with a systematic approach combining economic incentives, infrastructural support and cultural promotion, volunteerism will be able to realize its potential as a resource for the sustainable development of civil society and social cohesion in both the Republic of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation.
