Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article contains the results of a study of the practice of implementing public-private partnership projects in the Russian Arctic region. The purpose of the study was to identify the specifics of the implementation of public-private partnership projects in critical sectors of public infrastructure. The scientific novelty of the study is to identify the peculiarities of the geographical location of the region as a factor in increasing monopolization of the utility market and, as a result, increasing attractiveness for private investment. The results of the study include data on the implementation of public-private partnership projects in the difficult geographical, climatic and economic conditions of the northern region. The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of their application in the development of directions for the integrated development of the region, including the implementation of projects to modernize critical industrial and communal infrastructure facilities
