The Role of Production and Cooperative Linkages in Shaping the Economic Performance of Industrial Enterprises
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
This article substantiates the methodological significance of production and cooperative linkages as a systemic factor in shaping the economic performance of enterprises within the industrial complex. It is demonstrated that under conditions of increasing technological complexity and institutional constraints, a firm’s economic performance is determined not only by its internal production parameters but also by the configuration and quality of its cooperative interactions. An integrated model for assessing operational efficiency is developed, incorporating three interrelated blocks: economic performance indicators, cooperative linkage characteristics, and sustainability and reproduction capacity parameters. The model is empirically tested using publicly disclosed reporting data from JSC «Kalashnikov Concern», PJSC «United Aircraft Corporation», and the State Corporation «Rosatom». The findings confirm the hypothesis that the cooperative contour represents an independent and structurally significant channel in the formation of economic effects within industrial enterprises.
