Amid economic and demographic changes in modern society, healthcare organizations are facing resource shortages. Sustainable development strategies are essential for the effective operation of healthcare facilities. In recent years, there has been a shift away from traditional approaches to resource management toward flexible models that consider economic, social, and environmental factors. In this article, the author analyzes modern approaches to resource management in healthcare, examines barriers, and proposes integrated solutions based on the principles of sustainable development and digital transformation. The results of the study demonstrate that sustainable development of healthcare organizations under resource constraints is possible through coordinated planning, innovation, and continuous performance monitoring.
