Strengthening regional economic security in the Russian Federation clearly requires coordinated and systemic interaction between various levels of public administration—local, regional, and national. In the face of growing internal and external economic risks, structural imbalances, and territorial heterogeneity in socioeconomic development, the consistency of management decisions and the distribution of responsibility between levels of government are becoming key factors in regional resilience. The study specifically emphasizes the need to create a unified digital information platform integrating data on the socioeconomic status of regions, economic security indicators, and current government support measures. Such a platform could serve as a foundation for increasing governance transparency and improving the quality of forecasting and decision-making. Furthermore, the importance of developing mechanisms for continuous training and professional development for management personnel is emphasized, which will strengthen the institutional capacity of regions and improve the overall effectiveness of the regional economic governance system.
