In connection with the transition to digital technologies, the article discusses the latest trends in project management. It analyzes international studies that identify major megatrends, such as the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, the implementation of flexible and hybrid approaches, the development of soft skills (Power Skills), and sustainable project management. The article assesses the popularity of approaches and frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, XP, DSDM) in companies of different sizes, and provides information on the number of certified specialists (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, PM Standard). The work highlights the dependence of the project management maturity level on the company's size and the need for a comprehensive approach that takes into account the specifics of projects, the size of the organization, and the requirements of the digital economy.
