The article discusses current aspects of strategic planning in modern management in the context of the transformation of the economic environment, increasing uncertainty and the development of digital technologies. The necessity of rethinking traditional approaches to strategic planning due to the transition from static management models to adaptive and dynamic concepts is substantiated. The theoretical foundations of strategic planning are revealed, reflecting its evolution and role in ensuring the sustainable functioning of the organization. Current trends and challenges are analyzed, including the impact of digital transformation, environmental instability, and the integration of sustainable development principles into strategic processes. Special attention is paid to tools and methods for improving the effectiveness of strategic planning related to the use of analytical technologies, scenario approach and flexible management mechanisms. The conclusion is made about the need for the integrated development of strategic planning as a continuous process that ensures the alignment of goals, resources and management decisions in a highly dynamic environment.
