Accidents involving the loss of climbers or death in avalanches and rubble regularly occur in mountainous areas. According to some reports, about 200 people disappear in Russia every year, of which 30-40 people usually die [1]. In Australia, as of 2024 alone, about 309 people have died, with about 13,999 people affected [2]. It is also worth noting that first aid in mountainous areas is accompanied by many factors that can affect the correctness of first aid, as a result of which improper provision can lead to the death of a person. Thus, this article proposes a methodology that will ensure the survival and safety of people engaged in any activity in the mountains.
