The article discusses the problem of forming a noosphere consciousness as an important condition for society's transition to sustainable development, and the necessary factor for its formation is humanitarian education. The global community's experience in solving global problems proves the need for humanity to transition to a new, noosphere worldview based on ecological consciousness and personal responsibility. The author of the concept of a noosphere society, V.I. Vernadsky, believed that it is based on the individual's awareness of their personal involvement in everything that happens in the Earth's ecosystem. In the modern industrial paradigm, these ideas have been practically implemented in the phenomenon of Industry 5.0. The process of production transformation and the need to solve global problems require the humanization of all human activities. Humanitarian knowledge forms the individual's value orientations, a sense of belonging to the whole, and contributes to the development of an ecological worldview.
