Subject of Research. This article examines the organizational, legal, criminological, and information-analytical aspects of interagency cooperation between operational units of internal affairs bodies and other entities involved in countering extremist activity. Particular attention is paid to the conditions for achieving a legally significant synergistic effect: the delineation of competencies, the standardization of data exchange, departmental control and prosecutorial oversight, the permissible limits of digital analytics, and the protection of citizens' rights. Research Methodology. The methodological basis of the study includes formal-legal, systemic-structural, comparative-legal, criminological, and statistical methods. The empirical basis comprises publicly available statistical data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, judicial statistics, provisions of Federal Law No. 114-FZ of July 25, 2002, Federal Law No. 144-FZ of August 12, 1995, criminal and criminal-procedural legislation, Resolution No. 11 of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of June 28, 2011, and scholarly publications from 2021-2026. Novelty of the Research and Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a normatively oriented model of interagency synergy, in which digital integration is viewed not as an end in itself, but as a legal regime for the managed exchange of operationally significant information. The article substantiates proposals to formalize an interagency data exchange standard, introduce a unified information card and a competency matrix, establish a legal regime for the use of predictive analytics as an orienting tool, create standing analytical groups, and implement a digital audit mechanism for data access. It is concluded that a sustainable synergistic effect can be achieved only through the simultaneous convergence of organizational compatibility, legal certainty, and procedural verifiability of the decisions made.
