The study examines organizational and economic mechanisms of digital transformation in construction production that can simultaneously improve productivity, resource efficiency, environmental performance and management transparency. The purpose is to substantiate an end-to-end digital construction production framework across the asset life cycle and to propose a digital maturity model linking technology deployment to measurable sustainability indicators. The evidence base comprises Russian regulatory documents, official statistics of Rosstat, the 2025 survey by DOM.RF Technologies and the Skolkovo Foundation, UNEP and European Commission Joint Research Centre reports, and peer-reviewed studies on BIM, digital twins, life-cycle assessment and construction waste management. Content analysis, comparative and structural-logical analysis, secondary data analysis and process modelling were applied. The results indicate that digital transformation outcomes depend not on the number of software products but on the integration of data, processes, accountability and performance metrics. Two empirical blocks are presented: quantitative parameters of sustainable transformation and Russian drivers, barriers and policy targets for construction digitalization. The novelty lies in the proposed “data–process–sustainable outcome” model and a four-level digital maturity model for construction organizations. The approach can support corporate roadmaps, investment appraisal and KPI systems for digital transformation.
