Improving methods for assessing the mathematical value of the rate of digitalization in Russia

Abstract:
In this article, the author analyzes the process of digitalization in Russia over the past few years. The article notes the rapid but uneven rate of digitalization in various sectors of the economy and public life. The author evaluates existing methods for calculating socio-economic indicators and identifies their shortcomings. Matrix analysis methods are used as a mathematical basis for assessing the growth rate of digitalization in Russia. After making the necessary improvements and additions, the rate of digitalization in Russia for 2021-2023 is calculated, and it is concluded that the rate of digitalization will decrease by the end of this period.
