This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the organizational structure of PJSC "Rosseti Severny Kavkaz". It examines a divisional-functional management model with geographical specialization of branches and a high degree of centralization of strategic functions. The structural features of the company are identified, including a four-level management system and the specifics of the central office. The key problems of the organizational structure include a decrease in the operational flexibility of branches and a lack of consistency in the quality of management between regions. Special attention is given to the corporate governance system and changes in the internal audit structure. It is concluded that the company's organizational structure corresponds to its strategic objectives, which is confirmed by the highest management quality rating.
