With the growing information flow, citizens, organizations, and the Government need to process it quickly and make the necessary decisions. In this regard, the process of digitalization of Governments, organizations of any level and citizens themselves is underway all over the world. This article describes the organization's management system as a complex system consisting of many elements that influence the decisions made by management. In modern conditions, from our point of view, priority is given to the management process and information technologies used to organize this management. In this regard, emphasis was placed on analyzing the implementation of the project on digitalization of the Russian public sector, using the example of digitization of state and municipal services. The article also presents the results of a study of the digitization of public and municipal services in foreign countries. The models of organization of the provision of public services (G2B (Government to business), G2C (government agencies to citizens) and G2G (government agencies to government agencies) are being identified. they are used in Russia and abroad.
