Abstract:
This article focuses on the importance of labor organization as a key factor in ensuring the sustainability of a company in the face of a "staffing shortage." The main objective of the study is to explore the effective utilization of human resources through the rationalization of work processes and the improvement of working conditions. The article demonstrates that the improvement of labor organization is not only a tool for increasing productivity, but also a crucial factor for the survival and competitiveness of a company in any industry. The author also explores the fundamental principles of labor organization and highlights the key factors that influence employee engagement, such as management structure, corporate culture, safety, workplace organization, and job distribution. Special attention is paid to the role of management decisions in creating a comfortable and efficient working environment. Thus, the main idea of the article is that the effective use of personnel directly depends on well-organized work activities, which are the main aspect of a company's competitiveness and sustainability in today's economic environment.
