One of the main areas of work for the company's management, HR departments, and risk managers is to improve the stress tolerance of the company's employees. In this regard, the organization uses various methods, such as: - surveys and stress tests; - corporate training and seminars; - initiatives aimed at changing the work environment. One of the most effective ways to improve stress tolerance in the organization is through stress tutoring, a corporate training approach that focuses on individualized support for learners. Stress tutors adapt general training plans to individual ones, offer options for removing obstacles and strategies for implementing the planned plans, help students cope with emotional and motivational challenges associated with stress through interaction, training, and support. The article discusses the goals and objectives of stress tutoring, as well as the methods and approaches that are recommended for use by tutors. The article recommends using basic models of organizational learning, tutoring, and andragogy to build a stress tutoring system in an organization. Based on this, the article examines these basic models of learning and provides an overview of the most commonly used methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training. In conclusion, the article provides recommendations on how to evaluate the effectiveness of stress tutoring and suggests which methods or combination of methods should be used to create courses and conduct stress tutoring sessions.
