The article is devoted to the problem of an objective assessment of the residual durability of aviation power sources in conditions of severe restrictions on the cost of diagnostic procedures. The insufficiency of classical regulatory strategies based solely on calendar time and occasional instrumental checks is substantiated. The authors propose a technique based on the continuous recording of a limited set of physical parameters - the vibration spectrum, heating gradients, and current peak factor - followed by data convolution into predictive markers directly on board. The key feature of the approach is the rejection of centralized processing of raw arrays in order to minimize infrastructure costs. The results of trial operation of the algorithm on a fleet of turboprop machines are presented, which showed a reduction in the deviation of the forecast from the actual condition by up to 12% and a reduction in downtime by 18%. Regulatory barriers preventing the legitimization of dynamic resource assessment instead of fixed repair intervals are identified.
