The article considers digitalization as one of the key factors in the growth of the consulting services market in Russia. It is shown that in modern conditions, companies are increasingly turning to consultants to implement IT systems, automate business processes, analyze data, and switch to domestic software solutions. Special attention is paid to the revenue dynamics of the largest consulting companies, the market structure by major segments, and the role of IT consulting as the fastest-growing area. It is noted that digital transformation is changing the content of consulting services and increasing their practical importance for business. It is concluded that the potential for further market growth remains due to technological development, management optimization, and increased demand for professional change support.
