Studying the dynamics of student interaction during the educational process is an important and relevant issue. Through interaction, students exchange information, influence each other, share problem-solving experiences, and develop group competencies, communication skills, and collaborative problem-solving. Mathematical modeling is the most convenient method for studying the dynamics of student interaction. This article develops a new method for modeling the dynamics of student interaction in the educational process based on systems of differential equations that take into account the time factor. For this purpose, three typical interaction situations are considered: increasing, stationary and decaying processes. A numerical example is used to illustrate the developed model. Application of this method in the educational process allows for the development of individual educational trajectories, the organization of student groups for teamwork, the prediction of knowledge and competencies, and the adoption of informed management decisions to improve the educational process, as well as the assessment of how various factors influence learning dynamics.
