Integration of digital technologies into the system of personnel training and retraining

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the digital transformation of the personnel training and retraining system in the context of accelerated obsolescence of professional knowledge and technological changes. Modern corporate learning tools are considered, including learning management systems (LMS), adaptive educational technologies, as well as solutions based on virtual and augmented reality. Based on the analysis of statistical data and government initiatives, the role of the national projects "Personnel" and "Data Economy" in the development of digital forms of education and the formation of new competencies of employees is shown. Particular attention is paid to the barriers to digitalization of corporate education in Russia, including infrastructural constraints, a shortage of qualified HR specialists and insufficient adaptation of the regulatory framework to new educational formats. It is concluded that it is necessary to coordinate the efforts of the government, business and educational organizations to expand the introduction of digital technologies into the personnel training system.
