The article proposes a methodology for reforming the military education system based on a triune approach: local neural networks for individualized training, digital forecasting of the need for specialists, and the principles of lean management (Lean Management) for optimizing resources. It is proven that the combined use of these tools allows for reducing the duration of training at a military university from five to four years without compromising the quality of training. An economic model has been constructed that demonstrates direct and indirect savings in budget funds. Counterarguments of the pedagogical community and their responses are integrated. The methodology is scalable to other educational and defense tasks.
