The article reveals the importance of forming the subjective position of students in the context of modern higher education. It is emphasized that the university today is not only a place of knowledge transfer, but also a space for personal growth, where such qualities as independence, initiative, responsibility and the ability to self–development come to the fore. In the context of rapid changes in society and the economy, specialists are in demand who are able not only to perform tasks, but also to see prospects, make decisions, and find solutions out of difficult situations. The subjective position is not innate, but is formed in the process of purposeful educational and educational work, through the involvement of students in various types of activities: self-government, volunteerism, scientific and creative projects. The article analyzes theoretical approaches to the development of subjectivity, identifies key mechanisms: pedagogical support, facilitation, organization of student self-government, the event-based nature of the educational environment. Effective forms of work are described: project and research activities, pedagogical cases, business games, discussion seminars, reflection. It is emphasized that a student with a developed subjective position becomes not only a successful professional, but also an example for future generations, capable of shaping students' independence and responsibility.
